Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • In the same condition that you received it

    • Accompanied by order number/proof of purchase

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

How to Start a Return

Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
